Video Boy

Hello to all you lovely bloggers from a very blustery Sheffield. My card today is quite basic and not a lot of embellishments!!! How do you embellish a male card???? Anyway the image I have used is Mo's Video Boy coloured as usual with Promarkers.I cut him out with a nesties label die, cut around the edge then mounted him onto another label die cut!! in black. I read this technique somewhere because the Labels do not nest like some other shapes.I hope that makes sense, I can never explain myself very well..
The backing paper is Bearly mine it is from their christmas range, I have embossed a pale green piece of cardstock, added a computer generated sentiment . I do hope you like it.xxx

    It has been very windy in my neck of the woods too today .. .. I ventured to the post box and that was all today. I didn't even go through the cobwebs to the greenhouse!!

    A great card. I love how you have got the shading into his hair.

    Hi Doreen I always get stumped when it comes to embellishing cards for men lol so you are not alone. I think you have done a wonderful job with this one the papers, embossing and image is all you need it is just perfect.

    Gorgeous colouring Doreen, love the paper, goes perfectly with the image. I use a few embellies for male cards - buttons, brads, raffia, string, staples... is much harder as no flowers ;-)
