Hello to you all,I am sharing a wooden box that I have decorated. I have had it a while and wasn't sure what to do with it....The take it make it challenge this month is "Stamping on Tissue Technique"...I have done this a bit like the Decopatch you see around only I have used white tissue paper and stamped on my own images...

I started by giving my box a coat of Gesso followed by some Wedgwood blue acrylic...I then rubbed it down with some glass paper to distress it slightly....

I measured the top and sides,cut my tissue and stamped my images with Cornflower Blue Archival ink. I have used stamps from Unity and Crafty individuals I then stuck the tissue down with some watered down PVA glue

I edged it with Black Soot and added some lace.

The inside got the same treatment.xxx
