Tea for Two

Hello everyone well we are still up to our knees in snow here in
slushy Sheffield it just doesn'twant to shift, any way I am keeping 
busy in my craft room. This card is fo 2 challenges
Rainbow Ladys challenge Blog ( Tea time )
Colour Create Challenge  (Kraft, Blue & White )
The image is printed off a Joanna Sheen cd Pamela West
Background paper is from an old K&co pad.
