Penny Black Tags

Hello to you all, I am here showcasing some tags I have made using some  gorgeous Penny Black stamps !! they are all  from the "Flowers & Wishes"transparent set. I have cut the tags out of white linen card  and they measure 12 cm x 6.05 cm stamped on the images and coloured with promarkers,I have then distressed the tags with Vintage Photo distress ink  and simply added some butterflies gems and ribbon. The sentiments are from Hero Arts . I hope you like them. xxx

Hello to you all, well I have made a card with another Penny Black image, I hope you don't get fed up with these because you will be seeing quite a few in the near future,I am saying no more!just keep your eye's peeled...there could also be something in it for you too. 

Anyway I have coloured this hedgie with Promarkers and chalk,my backing papers are from Pink Petticoat and Coredinations..The pretty ornate corners are actually metal that I picked up from a craft fair last weekend, the buttons and ribbon are from my stash. I hope you like this.xxx

A Christmas Tag

Hello to you all,my share today is a Tag using a Penny Black stamp from the Holly Jolly transparent set. I saw Sheena Douglas doing this technique on TV this morning and thought I must try it......Basically you  stamp your image on your card then add distress inks to the rest of the card in whatever colours you fancy,I used pine needles-broken china and tumbled glass.You don't have to worry about getting it on your image because that's where the magic happens......just get a brush and some water and take off the ink where you don't  want it. I have also added a bit of glitter as well.I hope you like it.
