A simple Hello.

Hello to you all, I hope you all had a fab Christmas
We have been snowed in since Boxing day evening,but we had plenty of supplies and it is finally starting to thaw, as usual the council forgot we exist and didn't bother gritting....Anyway !!!!

.....I am sharing another one of my Gelli prints today I have matched it up with a little topper I made using one of the December KOM stamps  from Unity Stamp Co. I have just stamped this onto white card with Seedless Preserves Distress Ink.

A Door Plaque at Chocolate Baroque

Hello to you all, I do hope you have had a nice Christmas

 I am  sharing a Door Plaque made from the new stamps that have just been released for December at Chocolate Baroque.
I started by making my background using acrylic paints and a circle stencil. I then stamped the bottom image and coloured with distress inks, the fish was stamped onto scrap paper coloured with some silver paint and fussy cut . The cogs were die cut and covered with brown and silver acrylic paint .

December colour Challenge

Hello to you all

Well we are into week two of our  colour challenge over at Chocolate Baroque ,the colours to follow this month are

For my card share I have used a couple of stamps from the June Summer Fairy and the Toadstools from Book of Spells. The background was made with a mix of distress inks that I spritzed with some water and then stamped randomly with one of the Harlequin Fragment stamps.xxx

Hello to you all,gosh what a busy time of year this is, I must be getting old as it seems to get harder, the shopping is the worst it is just bedlam. I think I will do it all on line next year.....

I have altered a door hanger, I started by putting some light moddeling paste through a stencil then after it dried gave a coat of Gesso. I then gave a coat of blue pastel to the background and coloured the holly and baubles, Last of all I silver embossed a snowflake stamp with Versamark and edged all the edges with Black Soot Distress ink.xxx

A Seahorse Tag at Chocolate Baroque

Hello to you all, I am  again sharing a sample made from the new stamps that have just been released for December at Chocolate Baroque.
I first made my background using acrylic paints, I then used a circle stencil and distress ink to make some bubbles.....My Seahorses were stamped, coloured with Gelato's and fussy cut,before gluing these to my tag I stamped some fish and glued down the diecut cogs. To finish off I inked all around the tag with Black Soot Distress ink and added the ribbon.

I have made a large tag today. I first made my background by blending Raw Umber andPhthalo Blue PanPastels, then stamped my image.....I used an eraser inside the image to remove some of the PanPastel so I could colour with Promarkers.....The lampost is a Die-cut.xxx

I clear embossed this with black Versafine and then coloured in with distress ink, I have also splattered some of the ink over my card...xxx

Hello I am back again,I have been playing with my Gelli Papers again (It is addictive)

 I have used this Penny Black stamp for my share this week. I first made my background then stamped my image with Black Versafine..When this was dry I rubbed out the pastel from inside the image to give me a clean surface to colour my image.xxx

Hello to you all I am sharing a scene today,I have used different coloured inks to colour the background for a change and mixed a few stamps from Inkylicious and Stampscapes. I have left the sentiment off, that way I can use it for emergencies .xxx

A Trio of Tags at Chocolate Baroque

Hello to you all, I am   sharing  some tags  made from the new stamps that have just been released for December at Chocolate Baroque.

I have made a trio of tags using various mediums

This has been made using some distress inks as the background and simply stamped the images using black Archival ink

This has blue and white acrylic paint brushed on for the background, again I stamped the image with black Archival ink and coloured in with water colur pencils I used a white gelly pen for the sails to make them stand out more.

Distress inks and a stencil for the bacground , I stamped the images with black Archival ink and again coloured with pencils. I used the white gelly pen again for highlights.

Each one of these took less than ten minutes to make.
