Wow what has happened to our spring,I woke up to a covering of snow this morning and it is so cold...My card share today uses an Itty Bitty stamp from Unity Stamps, I have just stamped and embossed this directly onto the backing paper which is from Hot off the Press. I have decided I need to use up the endles papers that have accumulated. The sentiment has been gold embossed onto black card and just tucked behind.xxx

For my last card I have used one of my favorite Harmony Girls. I have inked her up over the top of a PanPastel background and coloured her with Distress Inks.xxx

I have used Donna Downey's Set "Create Today" for todays share, I have simply inked this up with green Adirondak ink and adhered it to some backing paper then added the ribbon and flowers.xxx

Growing in Unity Day 3

Day 3 already I hope you are enjoying what I am sharing this week for Unity Stamps

This is another piece of work I have decided to get framed. I made a background on my Gelli Plate using acrylic paints and various stencils  I then used  a leaf stencil and some green acrylic paint and highlighted with a white marker....Next I inked up my stamp Dream Big with black Versafine ink. The sentiment was then white embossed .
 I have mounted this onto some blue and white card already to put into my frame...

Growing in Unity Day 1

Hello....

Every day this week I will be sharing some Growing in Unity projects with you using some stamps from Unity Stamps.

Country View Inspiration

Hello to you all,I am back with my second sample  for Country View Crafts and the theme is

Spring

 I have used Gelato's for todays make.

Blending with a baby wipe and then drying with my heat gun

I have white embossed my image 

Added a sentiment and inked around the edges with Black Soot Distress ink

I reinked my stamp with Bundled Sage Distress ink to give a shadowy background

and added a butterfly to finish off.xxx

Hello to you all.

I have a card to share today using a couple of Indigo Blu stamps and some Distress inks. The challenge over at Indigo Blu is to use the colours Yellow, Pink and Green.

My background is Squeezed Lemonade with a little splash of water and the image has been coloured with Mowed Lawn and Picked Raspberry Distress inks

A wall Hanging

Hello I have a wall hanging today made from a canvas board.

I have made a collage using some of my Gelli Prints, these have been glued onto a canvas board , I have used the Andy Skinner face stencil and a stamp from Bee Crafty.

Then added some lace and flowers to give a shabby look

Well I think spring has sprung here in Derbyshire anyway it is gorgeous today have spent a couple of hours in the garden tidying up.

Spring for Country View

Hello to you all, We have a new challenge starting today over at Country View Challenges and our theme for this month is

Spring

I started by making my own background with some  PanPastels

I then set the Pastels with some cheap hairspray and using some green ink stamped my image

a few times also using second generation stamping to give a little depth.

 I then added a couple of butterflies, some birds and a sentiment
