New Beginnings

Hello to you all, well thats it!!! all over for another year, took the tree and decorations down today and the house seems so bare.

My card today uses an image from Pink Petticoat, I love these  baby images. I have coloured this with promarkers. The backing paper I have had a while and had forgotten about it untill a friend used the same make and reminded me, any way it is downloaded from Aimee Asher and this pack is called "Country Girl"

Hello to all you lovely people!! well the snow has left us alone now for two days, I am sorry for those of you that are snowed in, I do know how you feel.
My card today is for my baby sons birthday!!! he would kill me if he heard me saying that! he will be 25yrs on the 27th Dec and he is a bit of a golf fanatic so this Kenny K image is perfect for the job. I have coloured him as usual with promarkers.The backing papers are from Blackleaf Studio, the image in the corner is a sticker I found in my stash. I do hope you like it.xxx

Hello There

Hello all you lovely people I do hope you are all ready for the big day, I am just keeping my fingers crossed that the met office is exagerating  about this dreadful weather that is on the way, we are meant to be driving to the Wirral to fetch our youngest home for Christmas on Thursday.
Oh well!! my card tonight uses an image that I got from Pink Petticoat ages ago and I have only just remembered it. I have coloured it with Promarkersand stickled the edges the backing paper is also from Pin Petticoat and the flowers were cut out of another Pink Petticoat backing paper. This week we were given backing papers and images by Robyn’s Fetish and I chose to use “Poppy Fairy” and 3 of the backing papers. I have coloured the image with Promarkers and glittered her wings, the backing papers have had the edges distressed I have added butterfly brads, ribbon, card candy and a sentiment. I bet you could guess my favourite technique!!! Yes “distressing” I do hope you like it.xxx

We are now taking a Christmas break after this challenge but will be back with you on January 5th with a new challenge. In the meantime may I wish you all A very Happy Christmas and New Year
