Hello.... today I am sharing  a card made using one of the stamps from the Donna Downey stamp sheet "Create Today". I have made the background with Distress inks and stencils then inked my image with Black Versafine ink. The sentiment was stamped and outlined with a marker. I then inked around the edge with Black Soot distress ink.xxx

Hello to you all, I am sharing a wooden Plaque today.For my background this time I have used PanPastels after first giving it a good coat of Gesso. The beautiful butterfly and sentiment are both from Visible Image, Love these images...I also splattered a little diluted white acylic paint into the sky.xxx

Hello ....I am back with a tag, and I have used a Visible Image stamp set called "Leave your Fears". I first made the background with distress inks masking off the moon and hills. The stamps were both inked up with black Versafine and clear embossed, I then inked the edges with Black Soot distress ink.xxx

Lemon and Lime

Hello.....What a fab day it has been,sunshine and warmth.I finally got to do some garden clearing.

And found time to make a card, I have made this for the challenge over at Lavinia Stamps. The Challenge is "Lemon and Lime" not two colours I use very often.....I have used Pan Pastels for the background and the stamps I have used are Lavinia's Dandelion 2 and Leaf Trail.xxx

Tims Tags of 2015 "April"

Hello to you all... I have my Version of Tims April Tag

 I had to compromise on a couple of things this time
I didn't have a Craft tag, Tim's words or the stars I do have the stamps though and lovely they are.
I am gradually building up a collection of Tim's goodies....

I started by stamping my images with Black Archival ink 

I Coloured in with Broken China and Tumbled Glass Distress ink,I then inked the edges with Vintage Photo s and spritzed  all over with some more inks. I have also washed a shadow around the images

I have pretty much copied Tim's apart from the colours. My stars were made with die-cut black card

and some silver paste, I actually got my sewing machine out too. I must say I love the idea of tucking in the  image and I loved using the water colour card,I have never used it before.

Hello to you all. I am sharing a card made for the challenge over at Indigo Blu. I have used one of my Gelli papers for my background , The main image "Rose Blush has been stamped  off the page with Black Archival ink and coloured with white Acrylic paint

Use Kraft Card at Country View

Hello to you all, We have a new challenge starting today over at Country View Challenges and our theme for this month is

Use Kraft Card
I have decided to make a start on my Christmas cards, I know you might be saying it is to early
but at least I won't be panicking at the end of the year.

I started by stamping my image onto my card

Then I added some rocks, grass and stags

Using a Gelly roll pen I highlighted the areas where snow has fallen

I then added a tag stamped in silver ink...I know I have covered the birds but couldn't think where to put the tag. I hope you like this.xxx
