Dies R Us

Hello to you all

I am back with another share for the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog

I have a thank You card to share today

I started as always picking the dies and card I wanted to play with. I decided to use some

textured card today

 I just cut  two dies from the Zoe Frames and Tags 

I cut the centre to use for the sentiment 

 I cut the Blossoming Branch die in white and grey card  placing the
white card under the grey to give some dimension and a shadow effect
and added some pearls

These were all stuck down onto white card which, I used foam pads on the sentiment.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Happy Christmas.

I am back with another share for the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog

I am sharing a Christmas card today

I started off with an image I had stamped onto some craft card.,sorting through my dies

I decided to use the Sue Wilson Scallop Lattice frames

After die cutting my my card I tried various ways to position them

I used a twine bow and decided not to use the tree die

The finished card, very simple,mainly matting and layering

Hello to you all

I have been having a play with my PanPastels, stamps and Distress inks today.

This was all done on some watercolour paper love the texture it has made, I have used a couple of

different stamp sets to make my image, stamped with black Versafine  ink and coloured with Distress ink.xxx

I have some more shabby chic to share, I think this is my favorite style of card.
I have distressed the edges of the designer papers .

I first cut the  the Zoe die out of white card along with the Prim poppy and 

Butterflies, I then cut the centre out of some of the designer paper'

I used foam pads to adhere the Prim poppy to give some dimension

Gems were added to the butterflies

 I have gone a bit Shabby Chic this time  using a number of dies, and 

distressing the edges of my papers

adding pearls to the flourish and butterflies

and of course some twine and flowers with the addition of a charm and just a little 

bit of the Doily peaking out from under the designer paper.

 I am sharing a Thank you card today, you can never have to many thank you cards
on hand.

The background has been cut out from Coconut white card, this has been mounted onto
some Cordinations card stock after stamping on the sentiment

I have also used the same cordinations for the Swirl

and the butterfly has been decorated with some pearls

1ST Birthday

Hello to you all

I am back with another share for the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog

I have a first birthday card to share today

I have used Sue Wilson's Birthday shadow box for this card  replacing

a couple of components with the No 1 and Joseph's name

While the card was still in the die for the cake present and hat 

I inked them with some distress ink

I attached some twine to the balloon and added some highlight.

Some PanPastels

Hello to you all, I am so sorry I haven't had a lot of time to blog just recently, but life gets in the way, my son and Daughter have both been moving homes at the same time so hubby and I have

been doing a lot of babysitting and dog sitting....They are both now settling in nicely so I have some 

more time on my hands......

Anyway I have been having a play with my  PanPastels

and a couple of Inkylicious stamps.
