Christmas in July

I have started early for Christmas again this year,

it worked last year with no last minute panic, so here I am again.
I have three cards today, one design three colours.

New Love

Wow I haven't blogged for six months, I am so sorry for that....I have a new love at the moment which is Crochet and Knitting I used to knit and crochet ooh years back and have rediscovered it so I will probably be using my blog for all things knitted and crochet......

I have a huge blanket to share that I have just finished. The pattern for this came from Didri at Look at what I made she has some fabulous crochet patterns on her blog, such a talented lady.

Sorry I have been missing,I have just been having a bit of a break from making cards

and blogging but I am back (You can't get rid of me that easily)

I have been doing some more Parchment and have come up with this.

Hunkydory Review

Hello to you all....

I am here today doing a review of some Hunkydory products.

Lucky Me

I was given up to £30 to spend on whatever I fancied, and wow what a selection

it was very hard , in fact I will be going back to treat myself to some more

of there gorgeous goodies that I have got my eyes on........

Anyway this is what I decided on and below are
a couple of cards I have made.

I stamped embossed and fussy cut one of the Butterfly stamps and chose the papers
and die-cuts I wanted to use.....

I have distressed the edges of the papers and added one of the numerous die cut shapes
which I stamped with a couple of the verses that came with the Butterfly set

I have another card using more papers that have been distressed, I also went around the edge of the die-cut with some black distress ink,the butterflies are more die-cuts as is the sentiment.

Couldn't resist making another card I have  stamped directly onto the papers and they take the ink so well, I then die-cut a couple of butterflies and added some twine .

Well I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed using these products the papers are superb
and I love all the foiling around the die-cuts . The stamps are very detailed and ink up beautifully.
I have still got stacks of papers and card still to use and some gorgeous vellum all I can say
is watch this space.

Hello to you all

Sorry I have not been around this past week

but I have not been to well, 

Any way I managed to get some crafting done today

and have come up with this.......

The stamp is from Inkylicious and the sentiment from Stampin up. I edged the

black card with some silver paste and distressed the edges of the papers.

I won a challenge over on Through the Craft Room Door and was asked if I would like to
be a Guest Designer for this week,so I jumped at the chance. I was given an image
from Oddball Art to play with so this is my card.

I coloured my image with Promarkers and matted her onto some green card
The backing paper is from Kaiser Craft as is the sentiment
