Hello again

One more today, and I am using the image "Fairies on Tip Toe" by Lily of the Valley. I have coloured her with Distress inks another first for me I was given the idea by a friend and I must say I like the result, I used promarkers for the plant and grass. I have also used distress inks around the image which again I like. My backing paper is a mixture of cuddly Buddly and Papermania.and I have distressed the edges.I have followed a sketch for the LOTV challenge added some sparkle and shimmer for Flutter by Wednesday and used at least 2 DPs and 2 buttons for Aly's Sunday  I hope you like it.xxx

Autumn

Hello again I have done something quite different for a change.The image I have used here is one of my husband Toms  paintings. I chose it for the autumn colours. Hello to you all, well I am so very happy , I took delivery of three Penny Black stamps today, my very first ones and they are gorgeous. Secondly I have found, thanks to blogland, a fabulous craft shop right on my doorstep!!! so to speak.I paid them a visit today and got myself some goodies, and will  be going back real soon .

Well I do hope you have all had a great weekend. It has taken me all afternoon to decide what to do with this stamp I have. Video Boy

Hello to all you lovely bloggers from a very blustery Sheffield. My card today is quite basic and not a lot of embellishments!!! How do you embellish a male card???? Anyway the image I have used is Mo's Video Boy coloured as usual with Promarkers.I cut him out with a nesties label die, cut around the edge then mounted him onto another label die cut!! in black. I read this technique somewhere because the Labels do not nest like some other shapes.I hope that makes sense, I can never explain myself very well..
The backing paper is Bearly mine it is from their christmas range, I have embossed a pale green piece of cardstock, added a computer generated sentiment . I do hope you like it.xxx

My card tonight is for Crafters Companion it is a special challenge To celebrate the launch of ‘A Winter’s Tale’  this coming Tuesday.You must use something from the “Beatrix Potter” range but if you haven't any you can download some sheets from their  website like I did.
